Club 4 all workshop
A Club for All Workshop is a “runningsports” workshop which aims to progress sports equity within clubs across all sports. England Golf’s GolfMark, and Sport England’s Clubmark club accreditation schemes both require that at least one person from clubs attend the workshop.
By the end of the workshop, delegates should be able to:
- Describe sports equity
- List the benefits of sports equity for their sports organisation or club
- Identify equitable and inequitable practice
- Idenitify key equity challenges for their sports clubs or organisation
- Identify the steps they may need to take in their own clubs or organisation to start a bacis action for equity
- Identify the organisations that can help them and provide further guidance on sports equity
